At EmberCask™, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing may require up to 5 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is typically:

United States: 2–7 Business Days

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and cannot be guaranteed, as shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.


Holiday Shipping

During busy shopping seasons, shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays due to increased package volumes.

These delays are outside of EmberCask's control and may extend the estimated delivery time.


Christmas Delivery

To maximize the likelihood of receiving your order before Christmas, we recommend placing your order no later than December 15.

While we work hard to process orders promptly, delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed, even for orders placed before this date, due to possible carrier delays.

By placing an order during the holiday season, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.


Shipping Protection & Priority Processing

At checkout, customers may choose to purchase our optional Shipping Protection & Priority Processing service.

This optional service offers enhanced order handling and additional shipment protection under eligible circumstances.


Priority Processing

Orders with Priority Processing receive expedited handling within our fulfillment queue.

Your order will be prepared ahead of standard orders placed on the same day whenever possible.

Please note that Priority Processing applies only to fulfillment speed and does not guarantee a specific delivery date, as shipping transit remains dependent on the carrier.


Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection provides coverage for qualifying shipping-related issues, including:

  • Packages lost during transit
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Missing products resulting from carrier handling

If an eligible issue occurs, please contact our support team at support@embercask.shop.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement item or replace the missing product at no additional cost.

Shipping Protection does not provide cash refunds.


What Is Not Covered

Shipping Protection does not apply to:

  • Carrier shipping delays
  • Orders delayed by weather or customs
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Stolen packages after delivery
  • Order cancellations or change-of-mind requests

Fees paid for Shipping Protection and Priority Processing are non-refundable once order fulfillment has begun.


Carrier Responsibility

After your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the carrier.

While EmberCask will gladly assist customers in communicating with the carrier when possible, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, service interruptions, or other carrier-related issues.

Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.


Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully delivered.

EmberCask is not responsible for mailbox access issues, package theft after delivery, or delivery to a secure location designated by the carrier.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

For orders without Shipping Protection:

  • Orders with active tracking are considered to be in transit.
  • Orders marked as delivered are considered fulfilled.

If your tracking has not updated for 14 consecutive days, please contact us.

We will gladly assist by opening an investigation with the carrier.

Please note that replacements or refunds for uninsured shipments are provided at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds, complimentary replacements, or Shipping Protection claims.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before your order enters fulfillment.
